Investigating - We have detected file storage outage in the North America regions, its currently impossible to create or access shipping labels. The whole North America site has been put in maintenance mode while we try to resolve this with our hosting provider.

Scheduled - On Monday august 7th, between 19:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC we will be performing systems maintenance. As a result, all 12return returns management services will be unavailable during this time.

This maintenance window is necessary to make changes in our hosting architecture for two reasons.

Primarily this change allows us to implement several security updates on the system, and secondly it will allow us, and our hosting provider better tools and methods to update, manage and maintain our services without needing an active maintenance window in the future.

We want to offer you the best possible uptime and quality of service, and this change is a step forward in that endeavour.
