A large update for the 12Return platform is scheduled to be deployed on Wednesday the 25th of April. Due to the size and impact of this update, the system will be placed in maintenance mode between 05:30 UTC and 07:30 UTC.
As a result, all 12return returns services will be unavailable during this time.
A separate communication has been send out to all customers with detailed information of this update.
