A large update for the 12Return platform is scheduled to be deployed on Monday the 25th of June . Due to the size and impact of this update, the system will be placed in maintenance mode between 05:30 UTC and 07:30 UTC.

As a result, all 12return returns services will be unavailable during this time.

A separate communication will be send out to all customers with detailed information of this update.
