Our DevOps Engineers have been notified of a potential security vulnerability affecting all Cloud Hosts worldwide. We are not able to mitigate this potential vulnerability via Hot Patching, thus downtime is required.
Although there is no direct thread to the systems due to our existing set of data security measures, we do want to mitigate this thread as soon as possible.
After the successful deployment in the North-America region we are now going to deploy to the Europe environment. The maintenance period will be defined for 120 minutes, we will however return the servers to operational status as soon as they are updated.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Sandbox environment (Customer Portal, Agent Portal, Email Service, API Services) and Europe environment (Customer Portal, Email Service, API Services, Agent Portal).
