On august 8th between 03:30 UTC and 05:00 UTC we will be performing systems maintenance on the whole 12return platform. As a result, all 12return returns management services will be unavailable during this time.
This maintenance window is necessary to make changes in our hosting architecture and update the general infrastructure for two reasons.
Primarily this change allows us to implement several system and security updates on the system, and secondly it will prepare out infrastructure for the increasing demand on our services.
We want to offer you the best possible uptime and quality of service, and this change is a step forward in that endeavour.
This maintenance moment is one of four consecutive maintenance windows.
